Marketing

Tools for managing contacts, audiences, and outbound email campaigns.

Marketing is the set of EzFlow tools for building and maintaining an audience of contacts, organizing them into Lists and Segments, sending Broadcasts, and ensuring that opt-outs and suppressions are respected on every send.

What Marketing includes

  • Contacts — Individual person records identified by email or phone. Each contact can carry custom properties and has a full activity log. See Contacts.
  • Lists — Static, named groups of contacts. Manage membership explicitly, or drive it from a Workflow. See Lists.
  • Segments — Named contact groups that can be static (membership managed manually or by Workflow nodes) or dynamic (membership derived from filter criteria evaluated at send time). See Segments.
  • Broadcasts — One-to-many email sends addressed to the contacts in a List or Segment, with scheduling, content personalization, and post-send automation. See Broadcasts.
  • Suppression — The opt-out and suppression system that automatically excludes unsubscribed contacts from broadcasts and lets you check addresses in a Workflow before sending. See Suppression.

How Marketing connects to Workflows and Forms

Marketing data lives at /marketing in the app but it integrates tightly with the rest of EzFlow:

Forms → Contacts. When a visitor submits a published Form, the linked Workflow can call CREATE_CONTACT to turn the submission into a contact and immediately add them to a list or segment.

Workflows drive contact management. Inside any Workflow you can create, look up, and update contacts; add or remove them from Lists and Segments; log activity; check suppression status; and mark contacts as unsubscribed — all through dedicated marketing nodes.

Broadcasts send to Lists and Segments. After you build your audience with the tools above, a Broadcast targets the resulting List or Segment and sends personalized email to every eligible, non-suppressed contact in it.
