Business units
Organizational boundaries for isolating workflows, data, and users.
A Business Unit is a named grouping within your EzFlow tenant. Workflows are assigned to a Business Unit when they are created, letting you organize automations by team, product line, or any other boundary that fits your account structure.
What a Business Unit contains
Each Business Unit has a name and belongs to exactly one tenant. When you create a Workflow you select the Business Unit it belongs to. Senders and other resources can also be scoped per Business Unit, so different teams can manage their own assets independently within the same account.
Switching Business Units
The active Business Unit is shown in the top navigation. Switching units filters the Workflows, Jobs, and settings to those belonging to that unit.
Managing Business Units
Business Units are created and managed from Business Units in the sidebar (app route /business-units).
